Diagnóstico da utilização de ferramentas, métodos, programas e sistemas de gestão da qualidade em construtoras de Campo Mourão - PR

Abstract

Due to the need to solve problems caused by the production of low quality in the civil construction, waste of materials and rework, several companies of the branch look for as a solution the application of tools, methods, programs and systems of quality management. The present study aims to identify the use of these solutions, in the city of Campo Mourao - PR. The research methodology used was through the application of a questionnaire, elaborated from the concepts researched on the subject, in the construction companies of the city. With the accomplishment of this study, it was observed that although the diverse methodologies of the quality are diffused, these still are not used systematically in the companies researched. A representative number of Campo Mourao companies do not use these means, but they have an interest in applying them in the future.
