Resumen
The Civil Construction Industry is a strong vector of economic development in Brazil, but it is also the branch responsible for the generation of waste throughout its production chain, with at least 50% of all solid waste generated in our country. It is worth mentioning that many of these wastes are disposed of incorrectly. Given this context, on August 2, 2010, Law No. 12,305 was enacted and sanctioned, establishing the National Policy on SolidWaste (PNRS). This Law determines that people who work in the field of Civil Construction, for example, dispose of Civil Construction Waste (RCC) in the most environmentally appropriate way. In addition to the amount of waste produced, there are two critical problems: the lack of management of these and the non-reuse, either through reuse or recycling. Brazil has a strong potential for recycling RCC, taking into account the amount of waste that is produced, however, in 2002, the country had only 16 RCC Recycling Plants. After resolution number 307 of the National Council for the Environment (CONAMA), the number of plants grew, reaching 350 today. With these values, the growth in demand for recycled materials only increases. In addition to the environmental aspect, the use of recycled aggregates also presents financial advantages for the works. With this, this work advances in the investigation of the economic comparison in order to use recycled aggregates from the construction industry in the city of Guarapuava - PR. The processing of the aggregate was carried out in an RCC Recycling Plant in operation, given that the city's Municipal Plan for Integrated Management of Solid Waste (PMGIRS) provided data that the debris produced was 93,744 tons in the year 2020. Let's know which wars we should fight, with that, this study used the budget of a paving project with compositions from the Composition of Prices Table for Budgets (TCPO) database. Thus, the objective was to replace the rachão as a paving sub-base layer with recycled gravel 1. Fourteen situations of soil resistance values were evaluated, with more fragile soil, average of all and with the most resistant soil, all obtained satisfactory results in mechanical performance, however, only in the most fragile soil and on average we had economic viability of 9, 81% and 5.33% respectively, while with the most resistant soil only 1.11% savings.
