Abstract

This study academic intend assess changes in ANEEL Resolution nº 456/00, caused by ANEEL Resolution nº 414/10, which will bring challenges with eliminating the possibility of the municipality to contract directly the concessionaire power distributor to make the lighting management public, the elimination of this option will bring new demands on the public sector that need to be structured in order to fulfill its role of manager of public lighting.
