Resumen
The dispersive liquid-liquid microextration (DLLME) combined to high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was proposed for extraction and determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in water samples. At the optimized conditions the proposed method allowed limit of detection (LOD) of 1,3 μg L-1 and relative standard deviation up to 6,7 %, demonstrating the good precision of the proposed method. An enrichment factor of 18 was found, an accuracy was assessed by means of recovery tests, the recovery values obtained (91 to 95%), demonstrate the good accuracy of the proposed method. Migration tests were performed in order to evaluate the possible migration of BPA from plastic bottles from different materials (polycarbonate and polypropylene) to water samples. Considering the evaluated conditions, the obtained results showed that the migration of BPA from bottles to the water was not significant, since the BPA concentrations found were much lower than those limits established for BPA in water samples (0,6 mg L-1). In the analyzed commercial mineral water samples, the determined BPA concentrations were below the BPA limit established for Brazilian Legislation.
