Acessibilidade e mobilidade urbana para pedestres: uma análise na área central da cidade de Pato Branco - PR

Abstract

Brazilian cities face major problems in their adequacy in terms of accessibility and urban mobility at the built environment, but rules and laws are established to help standardize and regulate the necessary requirements to meet all types of needs. In the present case study, it was sought to analyze urban mobility, mainly regarding the complyment to the NBR 9050 (2015) and NBR 16537 (2016) regarding accessibility, signaling and safety in the city of Pato Branco / PR, at a central area of great flow. For this, it was decided to elaborate a checklist containing specific questions that covered the matters of: accessibility, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, visual and audible signs, and tactile signs. The subjects were then classified according to their conformity, and in general, the study area ended up classified as partially meeting the analyzed requirements.
