Resumen
Virtual Learning Environments are being increasingly used in order to promote distance education, through courses exclusively online, semi-distance or even supporting classroom activities. However, many instances of courses reproduce ineffective methods used in classroom courses, acting as simple relays knowledge and disregarding the profile of its users. Thus, the present study aimed to develop a mediation model for Virtual Learning Environments based on Adaptive Hypermedia systems policies, focusing on the characteristics of the user. This document provides a description of the procedures required for the development of the model.
