Resumen
This work presents the project and the execution of an archetype of an industrial elevator’s prototype. This prototype is constituted by a composed metallic structure composed by pipes 20x30 and angle-irons of 1’ that serve like a support for the elevator and simulate four floors. The elevator’s structure is constituted by angle-irons of ¾' and is empowered by an engine of ¼ CV’s power, connected to a reducing box with way out of 90 RPM. Each floor possesses four buttons that are used to make possible the call of the elevator. Inductives sensors of M18x1 model was used to know the elevator’s position. Moeller’s CLP of XC-100’s model was used, to the control of the elevator, which one possesses eight digital entrances and eight digital exits. The prototype revealed efficient for the application in the practical automation’s lessons in the industrial automation laboratory of UTFPR - Câmpus Medianeira.
