Resumen
This work had the aim to analyse of employees from Senac - Paranavaí- PR, facing management changing occurred in January-2013. It is focused on identifying and analysing perception and reaction of its employees. It aims to contribute to improving the practice of people management. The methodology chosen was the analysis of qualitative and quantitative matters, where the data of management changing could be analysed, the perceptions of changing in terms of the employees and the expectations raised by them. From the analysis of this work we can point evidences of variables from this managers exchange and the subjects about changing and organizational behavior and therefore contributing to the undertanding of a issue that is so importnant nowadays in our organizational routine. According to the questionnaire results we can realize the emplyees from Senac – Paranavaí aren’t completely pleased with their salaries and benefits. But we noticed that the changing of management was well accepted but with reservation.
