Gestão de frotas no âmbito público com ênfase na Câmara Municipal de Taubaté

Abstract

To become reality the implementation of public policies, we need a good public administration, which realize the facts along with the population. For this to happen, we use the science of administration in plan, organize, direct and control the public machine so that services from reaching the community effectively. This work tried to demonstrate the usage of the official vehicle differentiations within the public service, the different qualifications and circumstances to which they are subject, be it of the Executive, Legislative or Judiciary. Data collection for the diagnosis of the current situation of transport city of Taubaté was held by officials who manage and ran the fleet, as well as participatory observation of the researcher. Reflect on the provision of service to the municipality, benefiting taxpayers and answering the question: how should be the management of the vehicle fleet in the city of Taubaté?
