Aplicação de análise preliminar de riscos de postos de trabalho em indústria de embalagens

Abstract

The packaging manufacturing sector from recyclable paper presents inherent risks to the worker, considering that during all the process equipments are used with tendency to occur accidents. The present work aims to apply the Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) in a packaging industry made from recyclable paper, located in Maringa city in the state of Paraná, in order to verify the potential risks under which workers are exposed, in order to propose measures and improvements. The methodology used in this work is presented by the creation, adaptation and application of the APR - Preliminary Risk Analysis method for this survey, the present study is characterized as a bibliographical research, considering that its elaboration was done by means of survey and analysis of works and materials already published in scientific articles, books, technical reports, besides being considered a case study due to the use of data collected and analyzed in loco in the company where the study was developed. The application of the APR is a simple and effective way to aid detection and prevention work, as it allows a general and coherent diagnosis of the company's current risks and decision-making and adoption of prevention measures and procedures, providing a safer work during the all period.
