The production of porous media (PM) with a planned and permeable structure with Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies by material extrusion is an area in full development. Several published works are aiming at the mechanical characterization of these PM. There are few studies seeking relationships between porosity and permeability of PM. However, the use of certain constructive aspects of AM by material extrusion has not been further elaborated. The objective of this work was to develop filling strategies to obtain lattice-like designed structure PM and to analyze the influence of these variations on the medium permeability. Maintaining the same porosity of PM, the following parameters of the raster fill strategy were varied: Raster angle; Stagger misalignment and Joined filaments. The PM were made of PLA to obtain the numerical and experimental permeability with permeability. The results indicate that the parameters raster angle and stagger filament misalignment affect the permeability, but do not have a linear relationship with it. For PM with joined filaments, there is a more significant impact, where an increase in stagger misalignment distance results in reduced permeability.
