Abstract

Nowadays, manage the development of technological companies is essential to its organized development and obtain the expected objectives. To understand the company’s environment management aspects, this research brings an assessment about innovation practices that interferes at innovation management environment through the theoretical framework, through a qualitative research about the level and the innovation practices of Pato Branco’s technological companies, finding opportunities for improvement inside technological management at Information Technological local segment, especially for micro and small companies, where resources for investment are reduced and access to credit are limited, making the innovation process less constant for these companies, how the research show. The survey was conducted using questionnaires review and by conducting a structured interview, obtaining a review of the innovation environment of the companies surveyed.
