Resumen
With the paradigm: In the world of connectivity and communication, increasingly technologically shared, could we imagine: a non-volatile solid portable memory, such as USB flash drive without an operating system ready to be used, which can run at anytime, anywhere, in a variety of equipments? We don't know when we will need such access, however, having it in hands anywhere and even more, with the option to use, test and install it in a safe, economic and efficient way, makes it indispensable. We got to the problem question: How to have, in hands, any time,in any place, operational systems running in most diverse equipments performing several operational activities in a safe, economic and efficient way, and the best in a portable way? This academic work carried out studies, tests and researches involving complete solutions in operational system stored in portable memory. This test is detailed step by step, involving a free operational system stored in a USB flash drive as well as qualitative research in order to locate and explore users who used, use or will use such solutions. We sought for individuals who have a USB flash drive or any other storage device involving SSD portable non-volatile and which of these individuals have the same operational system ready to be used. Interviews and questionnaires were administered to individuals from varied areas, which are connected directly and or indirectly to information and communication technology area (ICT). As impact and results, we are set as a reference on the subject for further studies related to technological convergence of media, as well as a possible basis for a patent in the area.
