Proposta de melhoria no planejamento e programação da produção com base na cronoanálise em indústria de alumínio de pequeno porte

Abstract

This study aims to present a form of restructuring and production planning based on the mapping and chronoanalysis of production process, as well as analyzing the process and historical production data and showing a new model of production planning and scheduling. The problem raised seeks to know what would be the impact on the production process and the improvement of the company's results after the adequacy and structuring of the PCP sector. And it is justification to rely only on this questioning and on the answers to the objectives, therefore, through theoretical research and verification of quantitative data to the problem raised. The methodological procedures adopted were, at first, in theoretical research that supported the practice, being an exploratory, descriptive, explanatory type and a case study. Subsequently, perform an analysis of the production processes to finalize a better planning and scheduling of the production of an industry in the small household aluminum industry in Paraná. A principle was analyzed or managed by the performance management system through the production indicator and how members deal with this model. In response, an analysis of the production process was carried out using graphs, tables and flowcharts, some points were modified in order to improve and streamline the production process, for this, it adopted a proposal for production planning and control. The new model contributed to respond to the proposed objectives initiated and also proved to be effective in managing the production process of the studied company.
