Resumen
With the rise of the concept of smart cities, and with the evolution of technology, urban problems can be solved through computerized systems. Collaborative and problem-management applications, when used well, can have a positive impact on city management. This paper presents an architecture project for a system for managing and monitoring occurrences in cities, with multiple clients and real time notifications. A bibliographic analysis on the topic Smart Cities was carried out, focusing on applications for monitoring urban factors, management tasks for public agencies or aimed at the population, for access to services, information and problem notification. Architectural styles were analyzed in conjunction with the used technologies, in order to obtain the best organization for the system components. The developed application consists of an API, a communication and notification system, a web client and two mobile applications, providing resources for a process that covers the notification of occurrences from users, the management of occurrences to operators and handling cases to public agents. The proposed solution simplifies and centralizes the process of managing and monitoring the occurrences of a city, allowing access to information in real time. In addition, the data collected makes it possible to prepare advanced reports that can have a positive impact on city management and citizens' quality of life.
