A implementação da norma ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2008 em uma fábrica de rações para aves de corte e suínos

Abstract

This paper presents an overview of the implementation of the standard ISO 9001: 2008 in a Feed Plant for cutting and pigs, describing its main elements and their representation in the general context within a company, knowing that these can be used as important tools in the administrative process quality management. In the case study was presented the way it was carried out the conduct of the standard ISO implementation process 9001 : 2008 in a Feed Mill for cutting poultry and pork which is providing exclusive services to a large Brazilian market multinational meat . This study was based on literature searches through books and standards, also presents exploratory nature based and designed case study in a feed mill in which the data were obtained from the existing records and monitoring the plant.
