Resumen
This research aimed to make some notes regarding the management and structure of the education of youth, adults, women, marginalized population, blacks, indians and seniors provided via networks and state and local school systems from the analysis of official documents on EJA in Brazil, more precisely in Londrina in Parana State. As methodology was concerned to develop in the light of a brief account about the historical context a reflection on the means and ideologies in literacy for youth and adults in our country. Still, we understand the demands and challenges in the arduous educational pathway that enables the teaching modality in question begins with a literature review and research of brazilian law that advocates literacy and literacy of the subjects of the EJA - those individuals who had no opportunity of completing his studies at the dawn of their lives. The official documents were also analyzed in order to interweave the relationship between theory and practice. The results allow new questions raised in favor of an emancipatory education of youth and adults with a view to citizen subject formation with commitment and quality.
