dc.description.abstractNever before has knowledge evolved so rapidly and so has the desires and needs of society as well. In order to meet them, the management models had to adapt to a new organizational environment, the design thinking, where multidisciplinary collaborators participate in the creative processes in order to reach the much desired innovation. Due to this market trend, the monograph proposes, through a case study with three architecture offices, to evaluate if the business management using models guided by Design Thinking is being adopted in Curitiba. In an exploratory way, through interviews, it was observed the insipenance of this management model in the offices surveyed, with little participation of the employees themselves in the creative processes, being the most accepted contribution within the projects were the clients and the partners of the civil construction.
