Resumen
This study aimed to identify general, in view of its managers and employees, the importance of the actions of Social Responsibility for a timber industry in the region of general fields. The challenges for management in enterprises, in line with social responsibility were emphasized in this work, seeking a number of contributions, an emphasis in the variables of the agenda of Brazilian economic and industrial policy. As is the business strategies and, in the level of logging companies in the region of general fields, focusing on the vision of managers and employees was one of the emerging where there was a need to assign a major task in the business sector in mobilizing investments for who put the agenda of the industry as an essential part of a strategic program for the country. As shown in the graphs and tables there are marked differences between philanthropy and social responsibility that can be reconsidered for the timber industry in large part by representatives of the business sector and from government, universities and non-governmental entities in the sense that they can contribute with your suggestions and build a list of proposals and demands. We used the methods and techniques based on a field research with emphasis on bibliographic research concerning the issue, trying as best we can contemplate the methods of approach, the classification of the research, and the population sample, using the data collection instrument to finish so that the data were processed, as well as the analysis of the questionnaires was sectioned, taking into account the differences in views between employees and managers. Despite the research objectives have been achieved, the results indicate a lack of political and social stability that has been demonstrated as a major threat to society and therefore the business world. This is why the Brazilian society is going through a process of great change and recognizes that only the State is insufficient to solve social problems, causing a large number of individuals and companies reflects on the importance of each in society.
