Abstract

This work highlights the performance of the Electrical Engineer in the market for judicial expertise and the new opportunities brought with the entry into force of the new Code of Civil Procedure (CPC). The aspects of the lawsuits involving the Expert Electrician and its challenges in the current scenario were dealt with. It is a descriptive study, with a demonstrative approach, where an expert work was designed by an Electrical Engineer, gathered in an official registry and through the work performed by the judicial expert, to analyze the potential risks of the activities in the field, through Analysis Preliminary Risk.
