Avaliação da eficiência do tratamento de esgoto por estação de zonas de raízes

Abstract

The present study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of the biofilter (Station Sewage Treatment Roots zone) deployed in Epitácio Pessoa School, located in Section Jacaré in the city of Francisco Beltrao. For this, three Samples of raw and treated sewage has been collected, which were evaluated the pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, DBO, DQO, total solids, nitrate, nitrite, total nitrogen, phosphorus and E. Coli. The results showed that ETE showed a decrease in the levels of the parameters of raw sewage in relation to treated sewage, but the levels of the treated wastewater values does not meet the concentrations established by government, can’t be released into hydrous bodies proving, so the efficiency of the Sewage Treatment Plant for the root zone is assessed unsatisfactory must undergo repairs and Constant monitoring.
