The use of Scrum framework and Agile concepts begin in software development companies and over the years has been influenced several large companies in diverse sectors of the economy, such as financial, industrial and construction. Those large companies were attracted by scrum’s dynamic, iterability and collaborative framework that proposes continuous improvements in the project development. This report aims to demonstrate the use of the Scrum framework on the development of a stage of an architecture project. In order to realize the case study, a training phase was developed for the architecture office team, as well as questionnaires in which the team were able to demonstrate their perceptions during the scrum process and photographs and screen captures of the Scrum tools being used, such as Scrumboard and Burndown chart. The case study was implemented in a small office in the city of Curitiba, composed by three architects. As a result of the case study, it was seen that the scrum team understood the Scrum framework and attested the viability of the scrum in this kind of project. The case study participant’s perception was that the methodology can assure positive results if included in the office routine by its transparency in the process, continuous improvements of both the project and the team, and prioritization of the most valuables feature s to increase value to the project.
