Resumen
This work seeks to verify the existence of interaction problems related to usability in Moodle 1.9.3 used by the technical computer course for internet, this environment is of great importance for this course since it follows the model of distance learning. In order to perform the identification of possible interaction failures, studies were performed on usability methods for troubleshooting Moodle and designing interfaces to create the prototype. In order to verify the usability of the system it is necessary to collect data and evaluate them, in the execution of this work were applied four methods: heuristic evaluation, observation, probing and experimental method. In order to verify the good and bad examples of interaction in Virtual Learning Environments interfaces, a heuristic evaluation was performed in three environments. Seeking to fix the problems of Moodle interactions by mirroring in the good and bad examples of interactions of other environments and raising data related to usability failures, the prototype was created using patterns of usability, design and other concepts of human computer interaction.
