Linhas para criação de uma emissora de TV digital

Abstract

This study aimed to outlines the main lines for the creation of a Digital Television Station. This paper presents theoretical and practical concept related to production and digital transmission standard defined by Brazilian System Digital Television - SBDTV. It is detailed the technical requirements used during the encoding process, multiplexing, modulation and transmission of audiovisual media in accordance with the ABNT and CPqD recommendations organizations. Using bibliographic research, field research and personal work experiences, it is presented models and dispositions of equipments used in a TV Station. Through of official documents of TV Station in current activity, it is defined the main tasks of the staff responsible for the main activities of the channel. Finally, as a result of research conducted with broadcast equipment factory, it is defined a digital Headend according with the Brazilian standards.
