Resumen
The perception of quality of life is the result of a set of personal, sociocultural, environmental and labor variables. Changes throughout life and is directly related to lifestyle and perception of people. This work has as main objective to evaluate the perceived quality of life associated with the practice of physical activity work. 125 servers in an educational institution of the Federal Network of Education, who answered a questionnaire about their level of physical activity, IPAC (short version) and the perception of quality of life in the workplace were selected. The questionnaire was submitted to the format for application via internet (Google doc's), through institutional email list servers. Data were analyzed using SPSS (21.0) statistical program by applying descriptive statistics and test the chi -square (x2). Servers assessed (n=125), 46.4 % were male, the mean age was 44 years (± 9.4), 29.9 % were classified as assets and 50 % reported a perception of QWL average satisfaction. There was a significant association between physical activity level with only two of the variables, income (p=0.04) and perceived quality of work life (p=0.01). Indicators assessed, family income and level of activity seem to have a relationship with a good perception of quality of life.
