Abstract

This research presents investigations of contemporary art processes using the archive in the art. Is this text propositions starting from a huge reservoir of documents and images that cross time as memory devices. From Ricardo Basbaum, through Rosangela Renno and Cristina Ribas, seeks to produce a reflection on the constitution of archives in contemporary art. In this way, we try to think about the possible consequences that this device can provide through interrelationships that cause reverberations for new forms of perception.
