dc.description.abstractThe present work wants to explore the process of design applied to the research and development of a short movie using digital animation techniques. The author was concerned to make an extensive historic and artistic research with the aim of reinforce and justify the choices made in the practical stage of the project, being, therefore, chosen a dialectic relationship between different historic periods to support the creation of the script and aesthetics studies, just like the following communication studies. Therefore, the proposal develops around the relation established between the historic moment Campaign of Egypt of Napoleon Bonaparte and the scriptures of the Book of the Dead of the Ancient Egypt, aiming to expose as final design piece a fiction short movie establishing narrative relations between both.
