dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work is to develop a questionnaire to assess how employees know about NR 17 Ergonomics in the specific group of staff in IT were evaluated. The method used to obtain the data was performed by analysis of questionnaire. The result was found that the staff had reviewed the classification as good knowledge and that they have less knowledge about the best position that one should use the monitor. The final considerations suggest changes in the focus on the training of ergonomics should be applied.
