Readers and professors of Federal Universities are required to participate in a career plan through the Law n. 12.772, of December 28, 2012, which foresees as one of the requirements for the promotion or progression the approval in a performance evaluation. At UTFPR, such an assessment requires the presentation of documents,
which are used to prove the performance of activities provided by a score table. However, the manual management of these documents can present difficulties such as loss of documents, controlling the points on the part of the teacher and the correct completion of the activity report requested by UTFPR. To assist in this process, this work proposes a web system for the management of the documents necessary for the progression or promotion to the Associate Class of the Higher Education of UTFPR. For this, the incremental development methodology was used as a strategy, which made it possible to develop intermediate versions of the software, which were tested and validated by teachers who are carrying out or have already carried out the evaluation process. The software is organized into two modules: client and server. The client module was developed using the Quasar framework, based on Vue.js. The server module was developed with the Express framework, which works on the Node.js environment. For data persistence, the Postgres database was used. All tools used in the development process are free (open-source). The end result is a tool that can be accessed remotely, through different devices, while maintaining the usability of the interfaces.
