dc.description.abstract | This work had as its theme the importance of MEG for ECT will continue in DR/SPM. The project aims to present the rationale and criteria of the National Quality Foundation - FNQ as well as its benefits, practice management companies using the model and show that the MEG may generate a process of continuity of postal public policy. Work also, internalization and application of the model in all stages of the production process of the Post Office, even with the replacement of government and senior officers of ECT. The organization aims to achieve the principles of his vision, which is "To be a World Class Company" by 2020. The methodology presented is based on published studies, empirical methods by the rapporteur of the project that has 27 years of effective manning the post office in the DR / SPM. Took into account the methodology of FNQ and quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire sent to the managers of the DR/SPM. Also used the comparative, method, which drew comparative information of the companies in the industrial, trade and service users of MEG. To meet these assumptions (World Class Company), the Federal Government issued Provisional Measure MP 532/11 which gave rise to the law 12490/11 which legitimized the partnership with FNQ for the deployment of MEG in Postal and thereby achieve your vision. ECT is a company of Federal Indirect Public Administration under the Ministry of Communications. It was created on March 20, 1969, by Law Number – nº 509. The Post Office is present at least one Service Unit, in all Brazilian municipalities. It consists of 28 Regional Directors - DRs and Central Administration - AC. The DR/SPM represents 49 % of the revenue of ECT. Article 37 of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil - CF 1988 says that "the direct and indirect public administration of any of the powers of the Union, States, Federal District and municipalities follow the principles of legality, impersonality, morality, publicity and efficiency.” For this, the foundations and criteria of MEG ask these principles as a basic requirement of management. | |
