Resumen
The world production of fish has been growing year after year, the zootechnical performance and the characteristics adapted to the cultivation, make Nil Tilapia one of the most produced species in Brazil and in the world. However, repetitive activities, high physical effort, inadequate posture in the performance of some tasks, cold and humidity make the environment of the refrigeration industry, propitious to various occupational diseases. With this in mind, the objective of the study was to evaluate the risks to the health of the worker in the sector of Filtration of a refrigeration industry through APR and a questionnaire applied with the employees. The entire study was based on the bibliographic research that exposes the main concepts of risk, the applicable Regulatory Norms, besides a study of the Refrigeration Industry and its industrial process. With the results it was possible to characterize the physical risks, chemical risks, ergonomic risks and accident risks of the evaluated process. Thus the objectives of the work were achieved and the study serves as the basis for a review of the current practice and policy of health care of the worker in the refrigerator, making room for further studies and discussions.
