Otimização do processo de expedição de uma fábrica de ração: utilizando a engenharia de métodos

Abstract

The production of chicken has increased significantly in recente years, causing all sectors of its production chain to follow this growth. The sector of feed industry has made significant investments in production and transport optimization. This is due to the steady increase in the consumption of chicken meat in the world. Requiring greater speed and excellence in the shipping of the final product. The present study aims to improve the process of dispatch of a animal’s food factory located in western Paraná, where the demand for food products is increasing. To do so, it was be performed the chronoanalysis of the stages in which the trucks load the feed, in order to standardize and minimize the time of operation with the Process Flow Chart, as well as the Standard Operating Procedure, Standard Time of the task and the daily capacity. Therfore, the factory will have information of how much is delivered in relation to the time, allowing the continuous improvement of the process with the use of the data resulting from this analysis of time and movements.
