dc.description.abstract | The jump in productivity provided by the internet in people management transformed recruitment and selection’s websites in one of the main tools for job seekers. Thus, it is understood that these sites should have nice, easy to use and secure interfaces. It is intended to evaluate in this work - from the perspective of usability - different sites for recruitment and selection, seeking to ascertain whether or not their interfaces hinder users in their activities, causing losses to use of these as a tool. | |
