Implementação de indicador de desempenho OEE em máquina de abastecimento de ar condicionado automotivo

Abstract

This paper aims to present the implementation of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on a machine supply fluid for automotive air conditioning from the data stored in MySQL database. With this, it is also made an implementation of preventive maintenance on the equipment, that is only performed corrective maintenance. Thus, the paper also presents the concept of maintenance, and indicator OEE from which Nakajima (1989) developed the OEE indicator. The group attempt to study and evaluate what data is needed to perform the OEE calculus, and then in Visual Basic programming perform the necessary calculations to work. The result of this work is fundamental to improve the manufacturing system of automobiles, since it improves the efficiency of the machine, lowering the production line problems due to failure of the machine.
