Gestão da disponibilidade em ativos físicos para uma linha de produção com três turnos

Abstract

This work reproduces a simulated behavior of availability in a production line of automotive industry which operates in three shifts. Using for this a database of four months to calculate the distributions of reliability and repair of each operation, thus pointing to the probability of the performance of the shifts undergone the same working conditions. Using for this the basic rules of modeling and simulation (RAM Analysis), with the indicators of Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and availability were used to interpret the results of reliability. For analysis and interrelation between shifts, were used available tools in the software Weibull ++ and BlockSim of ReliaSoft. The simulation runs for a day's work showed statistically that there is a high degree of unavailability, however with homogeneity in the number of failures and the time line failure with teams and time different in a varied mix of production. The result shows in the morning shift with 44 failures, 48 the afternoon and the night shift 49 failures with their respective repair time.
