Aplicação da NR-12 em prensas de pequeno porte para prensar blocos e tijolos ecológicos

Abstract

Work accidents with hydraulic presses usually occur by human mistakes. Most of times, due to the lack of practicing and training of the employees, as well as non-use of personal protective equipment and, especially, the lack of fixed, mobile and/or electronic protection. This article aims propose measures technical to help making the best decisions to suit hydraulics presses, in specific, presses to manufacturing of blocks and ecological bricks describing the risks regarding the operations and the solutions to the operational improvements of the machines and equipments, as for the security device and protection installations. The showed solutions search for fulfilling the NR-12 norm exigencies, which was reformulated in the end of 2010, to preserve the health and human integrity of the workers.
