Utilização da metodologia Scrum e framework Jaguar no desenvolvimento de ferramenta web de apoio a implantação de planos de cargos e salários

Abstract

The plan for jobs and wages is a set of rules that stipulate how employees can advance within the company when it comes to wages, though this is not trivial. Therefore, this paper presents an alternative to optimization of deployment of the necessary tools to establish a coherent structure of wages, allowing management to adapt to changing positions of the organizational structure and wages to reality. For the planning and management of the development process of the system were selected Scrum agile development methodology and framework domain Jaguar in order to get an open source solution to optimize the tasks involved, eliminating much of the coding manual and applying reuse. As a result, we verified the efficiency of the framework Jaguar and experience in using it along with an agile methodology and how this set of tools can complement the development of the application.
