Resumen
According to the National Energy Balance 2016 of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Brazilian energy matrix is gaining new configuration, becoming made less dependent on non-renewable energy sources, such as oil, natural gas and charcoal, due to the increased contribution of alternative sources of renewable energy. In the context of sustainability stands out research related to solar energy. This type of energy is used in solar collectors, both for industrial use and for domestic, in order to heat a quantity of water stored and thus reduce the electricity consumption. In this context, this paper was presented in an experimental analysis of a thermosyphon to be linked to a new design of compact solar collector thermosyphon assisted by significantly contributing to sustainable development.
