A arquitetura do edifício teatral em diálogo com a cenografia

Abstract

It is common that in the theaters buildings in Brazil the technical conditions for the stage design are unsatisfactory, because the architecture projects do not give to it the real importance. The objective of this paper is to provide technical and theorical references for the scenic space of theatrical buildings. Also based on reports of professional experiences of a scenographer, a director and an illuminator who worked for years on the italian stage of the Bento Munhoz da Rocha Auditorium in Guairão, at Curitiba. And make it possible to narrow the dialogue between the theatrical construction and a set of design so that, together, in benefit of the dramaturgy.
