Resumen
The design of structural elements of reinforced concrete is a complex work, involving extensive technical, theoretical and practical knowledge by the structural engineer. The discretization of the structure, stress analysis, designing and detailing demand time which can be accelerated by computer softwares. On the other hand the tools available in the Brazilian market, thus in conformity with national regulations, are generally difficult to access by its excessive price and unfriendly interface. Most affordable solutions tend not to work with the entire structure at once, spliting it part by part. This study aims to develop an open software built in the Java language. Among the features of the software are: Analysis of stress and displacements in two-dimensional frames, design and details of reinforced concrete solid slabs, continuous beams and columns. The detailed development, as well as codes, structures and results are also available.
