Resumen
This research presents theoretical and conceptual approach on the need for strategic planning in the context of Municipal Public Administration with focus on revenue collection of taxes in the city of Queluz, State of Sao Paulo. Theoretical and practical points for the development of public policy strategically, aimed to better tax collection paths . Discusses the guidelines of the Public Administration to provide support for decision-making routines of various sectors related to revenue derived from nature. Reports in which the strategic Municipal Public Administration actions would be guided to get consistent results from the point of view of meeting the public demands in the medium and long term. Discusses the proposed Strategic Development Mechanisms for Management of Taxes Competence of that organ under study. Reinforces the need to take action Prefecture Queluz more lasting and sustainable slant to provide answers to local social demands. Points to the same position , facing the strategic , tactical and operational dissonances that occur during the collection of their own revenues. Search through exploratory literature, guiding elements for reasoning . Accompanies important results of the strategic point of view, such as: Diagnostic Industry, Strategy Maps, Strategic Action Programmes and Organisational Framework for Strategic Communication. Let grounded the idea that strategic planning is vital for companies of First Sector regarding the efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness, and leaves open for renewal of related papers on the theme paths point.
