Resumen
The automated forest crop in Brazil has his attention returned for operational efficiency due to searches for goals of established productions to assist a demand of the market with focus in smaller final cost and a low index of work accident related to the activities of the forest section, being the main concern the integration between safe atmosphere and the worker providing better ergonomic conditions of work, and more guaranteed production system. This work had as I aim at quantitative comparison of machine production the machine of forest crop with same headstock in same topographical situations and forest with same conditions in rotative shift. With system of it analyzes quantitative where the data were collected in the period of two month are slant of daily measurements in individual machines where all data were pointed in manual bulletins and correspondents for administrative office and thrown in the spreadsheet. The results still were not concluded, but he is considered that with base in data of other studies accomplished already that the viability of each equipment is due to the system in that will implant for each operation. It is waited that after analysis quantitative of the data viability of a machine can be ended according to proposed system where to the activities of automated crop they provide the integration of the activities in only one equipment with that guarantees the optimization of work hand in the process with a level of superior safety, due to new technologies advanced of the machines and equipment’s being superior when compared with the activity are semi-automated, it can stand out continues it evolution along the time in concepts and techniques and quality patterns that it represents an important progress to the productive system of the forest section.
