Padronização do planejamento para execução de manobras operacionais através de um PDA

Abstract

The present work aims to systematize and standardize the planning of execution of operational maneuver in petrochemical plants of PetroQuimi, which uses PDAs devices in operational rounds, based on a specific procedure of the company for such activity. Through improvement in the management of data collected from the PDAs, it is possible to better organize and distribute the tasks of the operating technicians during their daily routine, generate data on the amount of operational maneuver performed from a given system or equipment, in addition to ensuring that the Company’s procedure are fully met. This work demonstrates how the programming was performed, via IntelaTrac Management Center software, from the questionnaire that is presented in the user’s PDA, and how the questions and answers were categorized according to their criticality for further inclusion in a report at the end of the day. It was found that despite the complexity and great content of the procedure for performing operational maneuvers, through the use of the PDA it was possible to ensure that all steps of the procedure were fulfilled, in addition to obtaining data on the amount of maneuvers and what equipment has undergone intervention and who participated in the process. There was an improvement in the performance of the stages of planning the execution of operational maneuvers by the performers, and problems that can be explored during the execution of future work have also been pointed out.
