Resumen
Faced with a market that has been gaining ground over the years and has been one of the pillars of any economy, productivity and quality have become intrinsic when it comes to food production. The technologies used in the different fields of industry have become increasingly a strategic and competitive factor in this segment. Total Quality is essential in every organization and through its tools, it can help companies achieve adequate delivery times. In this sense, it makes use of different techniques of improvements employed to the productive processes that enable companies to achieve their daily manufacturing goals and goals. The present case study was based on the PDCA cycle that had as purpose to provide the improvement in the way of manufacturing of the studied company. With this methodology, it was possible to make decisions to meet the proposed objectives and achieve the desired increase in productivity.
