Aplicativo mobile para busca de restaurantes

Abstract

Considering the expansion of cities it has become common for people to conduct meals outside the home, especially at lunch. In addition, many people do dinner out of the house, either to feed themselves effectively, or for the purpose of meeting with friends, co-workers, family, and others. The dining options, often with specific menus, have also grown. The existence of specialized kitchens and the multitude of places that offer meals can make it difficult to choose a restaurant, especially in the current days where it has been common for people to be more and more busy and with less time. Considering this context and the possibilities that technologies like the ones for development for mobile applications offer, in this work the development of a mobile application for searching restaurants is presented. The application was develope with Ruby on Rails.
