Resumen
The presence within the business environment has always been very important in order to raise the level of competition among the participants of a given market, and with the arrival of the digital world, companies were pressured to change their structure and strategies to adhere to such a scenario. Depending on how these changes occur, companies are able to stand out strategically, presenting a greater maturity in terms of how to deal with the impacts of what scholars call digital transformation. In this sense, this research sought to understand this context in three software companies in the city of Pato Branco, from a multi-case study, understanding how companies working with technology behave in relation to digital transformation. Companies have shown to be at a maturity level where strategic objectives are aligned with the digital transformation present, using tools and practices to level their individual performance.
