Proposta de aplicativo de crowdsourcing para o planejamento da manutenção urbana

Abstract

Smart cities is a concept that brings in its definition opportunities for the improvement of urban space and the interaction between citizens through the use of technology. In the definition of smart cities there is a recurring but underused element, which is the participation of citizens and those involved. Pointing out this gap together with the concept of crowdsourcing, the opportunity arose to develop an app that would make cities smarter regarding maintaining urban space and the environment. The app collects citizen data through notifications about problems in urban space and the environment, and then organizes this data into useful statistics. These data are presented in graphs and heat maps that will serve as an aid tool for urban maintenance planning and decision making.
