dc.description.abstract | The present study aims to present a research about the consumer attitude toward a coffee shop, specialized in a take away coffee in Curitiba city. The main studies were related to coffee, coffee consumer and consumer attitude. The method used was a quantitative research by field survey. Issues related to consumer attitudes have been raised to understand and recognize what the coffee consumer thinks about this business model. After the survey, it was concluded that 86% of respondents would accept this proposal, but some of them still do not know, or prefer to have a coffee in the traditional style sitting in the company of someone. | |
