The aim of this study was to analyze how the ergonomic conditions influence the health, comfort and safety of workers in continuous production cuts in an environment of a poultry slaughterhouse. The methodological approach was the inductive method, the survey classified as descriptive research literature and field research. The survey was conducted in a slaughterhouse located in the northwest of Paraná, only workers in the sector Norea, Newsroom cuts, working in continuous regime. Were interviewed and evaluated 37 employees and evaluated 11 jobs. We analyzed the data of the profile of worker complaints and accidents in the sector study, examining bipolar, kinesiology analysis using the RULA method, measures of jobs, anthropometric measurements, evaluation of environmental temperature, noise and lighting. For the treatment of data were used spreadsheets and computer software. Based on assessed values was the incidence of pain in relation to jobs, kinesiology assessment in relation to attitudes and postures in time, evaluation of jobs in terms of average anthropometric evaluation thermal, acoustic and light in relation to the levels found and in relation to the subjective sensation of workers. The survey results reveal that in all jobs there are ergonomic hazards that may endanger the health, comfort and safety of workers. Environmental assessment of temperature, light and sound shows that the environment is healthy according to the clothing and protective equipment used.
