Estudo da implantação de unidades habitacionais do Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida em relação à parâmetros de conforto ambiental

Abstract

The environmental comfort have as an objective ensure the well-being of humanity. With the release of the two editions of the “Minha casa minha vida” program, which is connected to a social initiative funded by the federal government for the construction of housing units intended for low-income population, the country has watched in recent years a construction wave of social housing with the same characteristics: design, materials and execution. These houses are put into vast arid and standardized housing. Devoid of any solution to indicate the use of environmental comfort mechanisms. In this context the aim of this study was to evaluate and select parameters of environmental comfort and apply them in the units of a housing set built in the city of Campo Mourão, Paraná, to check their suitability for these parameters. For this were used theoretical basis, assistance software and photographic records where it was concluded that using environmental comfort parameters such as the repositioning of the households according to solar orientation, the correct position of each room in the unity and vegetation ideal for the housing, it is possible to achieve a better quality of life fot the population who needs the state to provide housing.
